Excellent choice for storage!
I needed a small unit and found perfect place at great price. Move in was easy, staff very friendly and helpful, especially Sue from Chicago! Unit was spotlessly clean. Only suggestion: make signage clearer and larger, it took me several circles around the buildings to find my unit!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Be careful before renting a storage unit here. Rates don’t just go up once a year — mine increased about every 3–4 months, and each increase was over $100. What started as a reasonable price quickly became much more expensive than expected. I asked about future rate increases before signing and my experience did not match what I was told. Customers are encouraged to leave reviews early when everything looks clean and runs smoothly, and to set up auto-pay, which makes it easy to miss price changes until the higher charge appears. Ask for rate policies in writing before renting so you fully understand how often prices can change.

Got me the best deal. If you’re looking for an affordable and secure place I’d highly suggest this place. It’s hard to find storage places where the staff are very communicative and caring.
