When I rented a spot at Store quest, I never thought I would have my identity stolen my credit cards and birth certificate compromised and my backup ID and personal documents rummage through then returned to me in a target bag, but that’s exactly what happened. The manager told me it was my fault because when I went to my storage unit at 7 p.m. I wasn’t able to get in so I dropped all of my stuff and went back to my car to make some phone calls. When I came back surprisingly my bag was gone. I filed a police report and I told the manager and lo and behold it showed up two days later after it had been pilfered. I was told it was my fault that I left my property on their property even though I should’ve had access to my unit at 7 PM and I did not. For two days I wasn’t able to access my unit after hours like I paid for, and now I am going through and taking inventory of everything that had been stolen from my bag, including my backup drivers license my Social Security card, a credit card which was used at a Shell station two days prior and my legal name change my mother‘s death certificate and my backup birth certificate. Wow for 60 some dollars U2 can have this wonderful experience and then have somebody tell you it’s your own fault. They force you to buy a lock, even though the contract stipulates you have to bring your own lock. Then they force $16 a month of insurance on you which you can cancel, but the amount of time that it takes to go through the cancellation process is probably too much for me to deal with considering now I have to replace every important document in my life. Thanks StoreQuest. Nobody has ever been able to justify identity theft better than you.

I was talking to the man in the office about getting a unit as a guy walk by and flip us off then comes into the office yelling and cussing at the Manager spitting in his face and the Manager kept his cool Managers like that you need to keep. Because I would of done so much more. I think you all should tell this Manager what a great job he did keeping his cool.

This storage facility is great, mainly because the staff is so helpful and friendly! Shout out to the manager, Orlin, and Jerry too, both are super knowledgable and keep the facility looking clean and easy to access. Thanks team for making this storage experience so easy!
