The representative over the phone was very friendly & helpful, walked you through every step. So was the employee (Alfredo) at the storage facility, showed me how to operate the gate code, how to get to my unit, and even helped me a little with the unloading! ðŸ‘ÂðŸÂ¼ðŸ˜ƒ
Came to get $13 unit, accessible through a ladder. Employee was able to assist me with getting a unit that doesn't involve a ladder without any issue. Great customer service!!!
