I lost my lock in the stress of moving which meant my storage unit was opened all night. I went to the facility and during their routine lock check they saw I had no lock. They had already put a new lock on to secure my belongings. I was so overwhelmed I almost cried. Thank you so much. Customer service at itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s best.
Accessing the facility is so easy. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve used other companies in the past. The staff member Marie, has always been so very friendly. I have already referred a neighbor.
