Great customer service! Storage units are not all the same. My company needed a bigger storage unit and Luciana at PS on Pierce Street in Richmond, CA was great. She explained everything quickly and clearly and offered some great suggestions about the unit.
Pricing has a hidden monthly insurance add-on of $11 dollars minimum. Unless your insurance also covers properties outside your house, you're required to pay that amount EACH MONTH.
