My son referred me to this storage facility. So I looked it up online and found a promotional rate for a 10 x 20 unit, which I reserved. The next day, I got a phone call from a delightful woman named Darlene, who was ready to complete my reservation. At which time I told her I should be in on the weekend to complete everything and move in. I asked her to check back with me by Friday morning, and when she did, I told her I had to delay things. The reason for the delay was that my son was moving me, and he just started a new job. She was more than understanding and said she would not be there on Monday, but the lady who would help me was named Mary. There was a mix-up when I talked to Mary about downsizing, and Darlene told me not to worry, she would have it taken care of when I get there. I was late getting to the facility, which had already closed, but Darlene stayed behind and allowed my son and me to unload the truck, punching us in and out. She worked overtime cleaning windows to allow the opportunity to unload. Darlene is amazing, very thoughtful, and thorough. I appreciate the time she took to help me!!!

Wow i never seen a well detailed and clean storage 😲 like the one i just got and it's climate control. They have excellent welcoming (Customer Service) to communicate all the details and the (Lock) which I never seen before looks like a (Big Round Lug Nut) to place inside of the hole better than any (Master Lock). Here's a picture of the keys 🔑 as I would recommend them and they have great starting prices and deals if you come now 😲. Thank 🤲🏽 you SmartStop keep up the good 👍🏽 work Amen 🙏🏽

Great customer service, was very patient and helpful.Great communication skills, very respectful and is willing to answer any questions I had. Darlene got my lease paper work taken care of quick and unit keys right in my hand. Took me to my unit had me check it out and everything was good to go, unit was clean and ready to move in. She explained all the details clearly, answered every question with patience, and made sure I got exactly the right unit for my needs. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but she definitely does. The facility was spotless, secure, and well organized — and her great attitude made the whole experience stress-free.
