very nice guy at the front desk, showed me around and understood I had restricted time to be there. worked with me in a timely and friendly manner. was also very cheap, 5 minutes before I was at a different storage looking at higher prices, so I am appreciative of this one

Smooth Process/Clean Facility
Process was smooth, people were friendly and helpful and the facility is super clean. Pricing is good, I think although I’ve never used storage but I did check a few places. The key is to reserve online otherwise the 5 x 10 unit that I reserved would’ve been $150 instead of $55. First month is one dollar plus the service fee for the paperwork which is like $25 and then you have to buy the lock for like $21. All said first month out the door is about $50 bucks. One thing to know, access hours are 7 AM to 7 PM. If you need 24 hour access this would not be your facility.

Day and night difference from A-1 storage. Kettner was recommended by a prior renter and I'm glad I took the advice. Professional, closer location for me, incredibly clean -like spotless and new- and genuinely friendly. Marina is an absolute gem and communicates so pleasantly. The elevators make it easy and the extra wide dolly carts are great. Everything is super secure. I reserved online and glad I did as it was the last one available. I have only two drawbacks: one is the lock -which is Not Optional though the disclosure implies that you can bring your own. It's not a big deal, but it is an extra $20. The second is the doors have two small metal "feet" on the left and right of the roll door - you Must pack at least two inches away on front and sides in order to clear it. I suggest trying to open and close a few times as you go along making sure your configuration is correct before you get too far along and have to unpack. I celebrated when it was all in, then went to pull the door down and nope, had to redo. Overall I loved the first class nature of Kettner storage and the employees.
Ang AI was with this storage unit for about 6 months and they offered me exactly what I needed from a storage unit. First of all, I felt like my stuff was safe and secure at this location. There’s a code required to enter the parking lot as well as the unit’s elevator. The units are kept in a locked building with AC. The units come in different sizes and I was offered a tour with Marina so it will be easy find the perfect one for you.

I have had up to nine storage units at once and they’re so accommodating and it feels like a very safe place to be Marina who runs their office, is especially wonderful. It’s the only storage unit in San Diego. I have ever felt great about.
LI used this storage facility for ~6 months and had a positive experience. It was a smooth process both at the beginning and end. There weren't any hidden fees, but prices seemed cheaper online than signing up in person. The facility is climate controlled, clean, and odor free. I had no issues with my belongings. Would definitely recommend
Sahar AbdolazimEasy to move in, easy to move out. Staff is nice. Plenty of carts to use. Their elevator was down a few times, but there's two so it wasn't an issue. Also some of their clients are a little kooky so just lock your car between trips.
