Perfect storage East to use everything I need
The wonderful people at the Public Storage call center are always so very delightful to talk to and they are always so very super friendly when I call to make my reservation. They are always so very cheerful and the reservations customer care team is always so very caring. They are always so polite and very soft spoken. They never act rude to me and they never place me in a hurry. Unlike other storage companies, the Public Storage call center care team does not make me feel like they are rushing me to get off the phone. The Public Storage call center customer care team takes the time to assist me to make sure that they reserve the right storage unit for me that meets my financial needs. The Public Storage customer care team always double checks to make sure the available storage unit will be the correct size to fit all of my household goods and all of my furniture. The Public Storage customer care team always researches each storage unit location at my request via their advanced gps mapping system in order for my available unit to be very convenient for me regarding my drive time to the storage location. The Public Storage customer care team helps me to prevent future fuel costs each time I travel to my storage space. What else can I adamantly express about Public Storage? Well here it goes folks! Public Storage customer service and their reservations specialists are the best by far, hands down!
Excellent service, outstanding location, very safe and clean
I spoke to Nicole and she was extremely helpful at getting me the best unit at the best price. In fact, they will also give you a comparison prices for units close to your area. Originally i requested 10x10 unit but once I got there I realized it was too small. Nicole easily made the change and showed me the new storage. They were professional from beginning to end and I would highly recommend them.
