Clean

Pros and cons like anywhere else, pleasant staff interaction
As with anywhere, there are cons in addition to pros, this place is no exception. Minimal parking on the outside of entrance gate, weird angle to drive through exit gate, and I only seen one elevator, at least near my unit, and was a small one at that, capacity-wise, as it could only fit one cart. The carts are free from locks to use, as soon as you walk in the building, equidistant to entrance and elevator. Good lighting, slightly uneven floors, so dont stack carts too high or wide. Tyler was very pleasant to work with, which helped immensely to neutralize cons of this place.
Fast and efficient check in and explanation
Office staff was great, efficient and friendly! Very friendly checking me in (on line process helped) and guiding me to my unit. I felt important and not just a number!

Unmatched customer service my partner and I are so grateful and happy. Barry, Tyler, and Linda are so wonderful they helped us when another storage place canceled our reservation early, but we ended up glad they did since we found this place. The price is extremely fair and it is very secure, clean, and the added value of having kind and responsible onsite property managers is unlike other storage places.
