We had a 10X20 unit saved with a appointment at 4:00 pm. When we got there a 4:00 it was rented to someone? But Laura found another unit a little bigger for us at the same price. I let her know that she should have let the other renter know it was all ready renter with a 4:00 appointment and if l did not show it was there. She set the appointment time. All good now.
Site manager was professional and informative. Place in Soquel, CA is relatively newer and clean. Kudos.
Destiny was very welcoming and helpful. You should give her a raise!
