Wonderful storage facility!
Great storage facility w/friendly staff! Paperwork was quick due to the ability to sign and scan at home. While the location is a bit away from a main city/town hub it provides added security for belongings. Hours are great and there are a variety of sizes of storage with both indoor and drive up access! Absolutely recommend!
Nice, clean and well maintained storage facility
Arty is a most personable and competent manager and explained facilities, rental agreement, etc., very well. No "ya-didn't-tell-me" . . . Today's visit I noticed workers apparently "testing" the fire system.
Poor follow up
Called left message 3x, no one follows up. Spoke with a customer service rep who said they will also alert the local group. They never responded.

Customer service is excellent. Really helpful people all the way around. I like the facility. Would have given 5 stars if it weren’t so terribly expensive. The longer you stay the more rate increases. New customers get better rates. Why penalize the long term customers? It’s a terrible business model. It’s seems to be true of most storage facilities. Somebody needs to break this business model. You could have customers for life!
Victoria MiuraI am definitely glad I went to the branch. We’ve been renters for a few years now. Recently the rental costs kept getting higher and were just getting too prohibitive. So I called the office to ask for a smaller and more affordable unit. To do that, I had to physically go to the branch to sign some paperwork. When I went to the office branch in Arnold Drive, Sonoma I met Jessica. She understood my dilemma and found a way to get me a good deal. Long story short, I was able to cut our rental cost to half the current rate (thanks to the 4 month promo deal on the internet) and didn’t have to move to another unit at all! Thank you Jessica! You’re the best!
JCinnamon and Jessica absolutely rock 🤘✨ Good people make all the difference. What a relief to speak with those two wonderful humans. Beyond being super competent professionals they are genuinely nice and helpful people. Navigating storage rental in the Bay can be a wild ride, so glad to have found this place. I’m not sure what Cinnamon and Jessica’s job titles are currently but Storage Star would be wise to put people like that at the top where they can do the most good 🙏
Aaron MunterThe folks at Storage star were incredibly helpful! What started as a stressful time for us (a last minute move) was made so much easier by Makayla and team. They bent over backwards to make sure we were able to get the right unit for our needs...even going so far as to switch units when we realized we'd have a larger truck...just to make access easier. Add to that the fact that the facility is easy to get to, and the pricing incredibly competitive and theres really no reason to look anywhere else. Call these folks first and save yourself a lot of time!
