Currently have a active pending investigation against the storage facilities specifically, the manager Kevin, I have dash cam footage/first hand account of Kevin opening up a tenant storage units, essentially casing what they have in there, after missing a little under $2000 worth of items I had decided to properly cancel my tenancy with the location on Murrieta Road and after speaking to the district manager Travis nothing has been resolved months later, This store facility cares more about protecting their brand then protecting their tenants. Nothing has been resolved and I’m currently at the point where just based on my interactions with Kevin and firsthand account of him accessing this storage unit at this location with no visual probable cause, that I’m consider on filing a civil/criminal lawsuit, depending on the outcome and future communication with remiding my theft of property with the insurance company. Kevin should feel fortunate that I am following procedure in protocol according to the Riverside superior court system, if this doesn’t get remedied by the third-party insurance company. I also recommend that he take anger management courses as well as deal with whatever personal issues that he believes gives him the right to disrespect me as a tenant, I’ve executed absolutely every possible patience to prevent escalation and all I can say about Kevin is, I hope he learns how to be a proper manager and facilitates these storage facilities with better judgment as well as execute more self control and seeks self help, as to not reflect his passive aggression mannerisms unto his tenants, just a terrible manager from my year of tenancy there.
