the process went smoothly and it was a promo deal that i got as well. and i am happy that the ga behind the counter was polite and showed the unit to us, and she explained how the lift worked so our move went smooth as possible. I had to call and spoke to venesa yesterday re: the due date of my storage with my promotion as the receipt says on thing and i was told the date by her, very professional people.
