Kassandra was awesome. She was very helpful and patient with me. Her tour of the facility was excellent. She showed me how to get in and my spot. When I actually move in, it should be very easy because of her. I really hope this is the norm and not just a one off because I was moving in, because I was very pleased...Thank you.

Kassandra was great! i had an issue with the door to my unit and she was very quick to fix it as well as offer to move my stuff into another unit if she couldn’t fix the door! really appreciated how quick she was to help me resolve the issue as i was really stressed that day lol thank you so much!!

Joe Austin-MorrisVery rude management. I was supposed to have a 10 day grace period and they locked me out on day 4. Expecting payment on day 4 of grace period. Manager said I couldn't have my stuff on property till payment went through. Very unprofessional. When I mentioned the 10 day grace period, the desk lady cried and gaslit the entire situation.
