Much nicer than the folks at Public Storage. Process was easy, everything explained clearly. So glad I was able to get the size locker I needed and it's less than 5 minutes from my new home at Bay Village.
I felt my possessions were very safe at this facility when previously renting from Anchor Storage; the management team is very helpful, and the price good, with the discount at the time, really helped. I'll be using this storage company again as it was a very good experience. Locked gates so not just anybody is coming in this facility which is good.
Friendly staff and very helpful. willing to work out a deal with me if I need an additional unit, so I can save $$$. Quiet location and indoor units, while not climate controlled, are very well protected from hot sun. Recommended.
