First month free not worth it. The lady managing the place is crazy about what time you are supposed to be there even though the gate opens up with you code. If you’re there too long she will be mad. You need to check tire pressure of your trailer? She try to kick you out because you can’t do any kind of maintenance there. Not worth there are cheaper places around
