I've been using their storage unit for almost 2 years and I'm 100% satisfied with their services. Decently priced and aptly secured. The initial process was straightforward and the employee helping me was informative and helpful. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. StorIt mishandled my personal information and then tried to deny it. Their employee admitted they sent two emails—including my invoice—to the wrong address. When I asked the supervisor for proof the emails hadn't gone through, she became evasive, contradicted her own staff, and then hung up on me. No accountability. No apology. No transparency. Just negligence and unprofessionalism from top to bottom. If you value your privacy or basic customer service, look elsewhere.
I am a returning customer because Stor it Self storage is clean, affordable and the hours are convenient. The manager helped me out; he listened to my needs and was able to execute the transaction in a timely manner because I was on a time crunch. He was fast, efficient and friendly. My experience with Stor it Self storage has been great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for storage. Yanelis N.
Things went great thanks to Debbie. Last time I rented an RV space here the office people didn't seem to really care about the customer. But I'm very happy to be back. Their dirt/gravel spaces could use some work, so I opted for a black topped one instead for a few dollars more. Very easy to get in and out of. I also like the fact that you can get in from 6am till 8pm 24/7 365. I have in the past rented storage space . It was very clean and easy to access.
Best bargin in the area. Clean spaces, good security of the premises , easy in and out access and I especially like that there are no administation fees to move in unlike most other places in the area.
Facilities 5 stars, great RV storage, large storages, super clean and secure. Customer Service is usually decent, but this last experience was terrible. I am a business man from the Bay Area and have some work in Visalia that required me to originally rent three and as of this month two storage units. I had tried to pay my bill by phone, but the links never work on my droid...I called 7 days in a row, no one would pick up. I set up auto pay with them, the manager did not do it (apparently she was fired), and the this month I was charged a late fee for two units. If they had picked up their phone I could have paid this. There is no area for argument here, even if the problem was on their end. It's like 60 dollars? Really? I am going to be giving you potentially tens of thousands of dollars over the next five years, pick your battles, believe in your customers. I am not some slob moving my apartment around, I have over a million dollars of merchandise in these units. Customer service if huge for me, so I will probably move my units to another storage facility by November/December. Will tell all friends and business associates to steer clear. UPDATE: They called me and gave me half of my late fee money. Which also doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I will still be moving my storage as soon as possible.
