Great Facility and Staff
As a first time storage customer, the process from booking online to checking-in to my rental was so easy and smooth! Icing on the cake, I forgot to put my lock pad on the unit, Paul (Staff) called me right away to make me aware, locked it up for me until I got there to lock it up!! The property is clean and secure! Definitely going to be my go-to when I need storage in the future!!

Some one had messed up my reservation. But Ms.Shamile took her time out to help me even after she was already close and she stayed and made sure I was in my unit.Great job

Absolute WORST storage facility! They'll raise your rates FASTER than any other storage company (but lie about it to get you to move in)! They have homeless people living nearby who break into the storages & steal stuff, with no compensation from the company even when you're paying them insurance! They rarely have someone even at this location to help you! They've gone through more than 1 manager per year in the time we've rented here, which is probably a testament to how the company runs their business. They've more than TRIPLED our rates since moving in, which is why we're moving out! We were in the process of moving out and they locked us out, started sending us messages that we had moved out already. We called them & told them we were still moving our stuff, so they said they'd fix it. We showed up to finish moving out & they locked us out, with no manager on site. We had to call the 1800 number and get transferred, wait on hold, until finally someone gave us the code to the lock. They RARELY have a manager on site! I've lived in an apartment & had a storage for at least 7 years & have NEVER rented from such a HORRIBLE company! So relieved to not have to deal with them anymore! **edit: once they saw the bad review, they offered us discounted rates. Too late - maybe work on providing better service/ business BEFORE losing customers.

Stephanie was amazing today answering all my questions and kept a happy demeanor and pleasant smile on her face the entire time!! Thank you all again!!
