Unlike managers at some storage places I found Jennifer to be really helpful. She walked me thru a couple of options and then set me up with an outside, drive up 10' x 20' space at a good price. I even got an access code that was easy to remember - meant to be!

This past Wednesday, I needed to rent a unit to help out a family member, and by the time I arrived, I was frustrated and exhausted. From the moment I walked in, Samantha completely turned my day around. Samantha was friendly, genuine, and patient from start to finish—especially since I was a bit all over the place. The next day, I came back asking if it was possible to switch to a larger unit on the first floor. Not only did she make it happen, she went above and beyond and found me a first-floor unit close to the entrance. That small detail made a huge difference. Unloading a 20-foot U-Haul was fast, smooth, and way less stressful than it could have been. Samantha truly understands what real customer service looks like—kind, patient, and proactive. Thank you, Samantha. You are a sweet soul, and this place is lucky to have you. Truly outstanding service!
