Excellent service; paperwork not so much
Reserved online and couldn't sign up as our business, so I just signed up personally. But the woman who ran the place was extremely helpful despite being very busy at the moment and we'll switch it to the corporate identity at a time when she isn't besieged by other customers.

The reserving process was simple and I secured a large unit at a decent price. The instructions were emailed to me and we were able to access the unit easily. Driving through the facility was a little confusing and the unit itself was a bit dirty, but aren't they all?

From the very beginning, Extra Space Storage in North Boulder has been nothing short of outstanding. They’ve been incredibly accommodating, genuinely affordable, and above all, impressively personable. I had the pleasure of meeting the facility manager on site, who was direct, professional, and truly pleasant to work with. What really blew me away, though, was the level of service I received even when I wasn’t present. Another facility manager went out of their way to help coordinate a move for me remotely, and they handled it with such care and attentiveness—it far exceeded my expectations. If I could give this place six stars, I absolutely would. I’m honestly floored by the customer service. I can’t stop singing their praises—thank you, Extra Space Storage!

Sean McCulloughToday, 12/21/24, I was helped by Samantha, I had to update my payments. She was excellent. She was proactive on contacting me about my account. She took the extra time and effort to coordinate my payment to the front of the month. And was very diligent on her notes so the other employees know what is going on with it. I'm very glad that Extra Space has such good employees. Google wouldn't let me post the current review as a separate post. So what follows is from Feb. 2024. Still great service, looking out for us: I was a little slow in putting a lock on the unit. It was very good and reassuring that they were checking on the units and that they proactively called me about my storage unit. Thank you.
