Marietta was wonderful and she really was kind to let me wait inside for a while after closing for my ride as it was getting cold. Very much appreciated.
The movers were excellent! They were on, friendly, extremely careful with my fragile belongings and highly professional!! However - I'm having an *extremely difficult* time reaching the office!! I was charged for Rental Insurance and told that if I show them my rental policy I will be reimbursed. BUT - I've been unsuccessful in locating an email address to send LifeStorage a copy of my policy? I've been to their website it's listed nor is it on my policy. so, I'll have to drop off a hard copy a the office the next time I go to my storage unit (during office hours) and drop it off. Very Frustrating!!
