Extra Space Storage - 1630 - Westminster - 120th Ave

I recently transitioned from a storage unit in Boulder to Extra Space Storage in Westminster. The online application process was easy to complete. The competitive rate coupled with the outstanding customer service from Meredith and Shannon is a winning combination. This storage unit is climate controlled and dust free unlike my previous storage unit which was exposed to the elements. I highly recommend making the switch...especially if your current storage unit is taking you for granted!

This specific facility offered online deals that were far cheaper than any other facility within 30 miles of my area. At the time of purchase in Jan. 2024, the price was 55-70% less than others for a 5x5 unit. The staff was friendly and helpful, provided a tour and explanation of how to work the lock. Paperwork was also completed very quickly. There's a one time fee for the lock and also a one- time administrative fee plus a monthly fee for insurance. The facility is clean, with motion sensor lights and security cameras. The code secured entrance gate routes to the back of the building with a parking lot and a code secured door for entry. Carts are just inside the door and 2 elevators as well. Everything is easily accessed. The parking lot exits around the other side of the building, opposite of the entrance. It's an easy setup.

Everything was very easy to do online when we got to the storage place the customer service was excellent made everything very easy

I have to travel a little out of my way to store at Extra Space Westminster, but it's more than worth it. Two elevators, plenty of carts and the manager does a great job keeping the facility spotless. At a different company in Boulder, I was paying twice as much for an outside locker half the size of my current climate controlled unit; very pleased and I highly recommend!
