Awesome very helpful price is perfect
Nice people to work with they were help full in every way and the lot parked in was easy to get to the next time I need a place to leave my car and trailer this is where I will leave it.
Was easy to find and was able to fill it up fast
The online instructions were confusing. Never once did I get told directly I was allowed to move in. Whole signing the lease, the site crashed and it left me even more confused. Very cool I could do it online, it just needs more work.
There are so many things wrong with this facility...it's customer service... The big difference from what is advertised compared to what you get... ... This facility advertises on Sarefoot that is a 24-hour access for business use...it DOES NOT! It is advertised on Sparefoot this this facility offers "contactless move-in"...it DOES NOT! They advertise 5x5 units however after they add the 1/4" thick additional walls inside the 5x5 walls, your remaining space to store your belongings becomes only a meer 4'2.5" x 4'2.5"! This facility would be the last place I would recommend to any of my friends or family and I will only be remaining a customer until my free month is over!
