What an unexpectedly great experience… Well, I was in need of a last minute storage unit near cap hill and I knew about this place from when I lived near it before. I’ve never actually used a storage space before but I gotta say, from the call to their headquarters, to dealing with all of the staff here (Allison, Ethan, Omar) everyone was beyond my expectations of kind, courteous, genuine, and professional. I will absolutely use them again in the future and appreciate everyone for taking care of me. Oh also, it was only $30 for this unit for the first month, so definitely a great value

This will be my go to storage building as long as I’m in Denver. Booking the unit was very easy & smooth. Store members are always on sight & ready to help no need to wait for anyone. Not only that Allison has always been very helpful. There were times where I couldn’t come up with the payment & she always tried to work with me as much as she could. Not only that but she understood my situation & didn’t treat me as a client but as a person. The whole facility made me feel welcome & comfortable. So much that I’m actually on my way over there to book another storage unit. (Also because I’m not comfortable staying where I’m at so I’m leaving that place lol ) . ps Allison is very beautiful she should let me buy her a drink 🫣

The "cheap" rate is short lived. They're also using the algorithm to jack up prices, even though it's illegal now in Denver for rentals it's fine for a storage space. So your monthly charge will double. They told us if we moved out early it would be prorated. Failed to mention that you have to tell them before your next payment is due, so if you've paid for the month and leave early you get zero money back even though they're going to rent it out for the remainder of what your lease was for. There were frequently homeless people using the back entrance as a bathroom. Everything outside that door smelled like human waste. Go literally anywhere else. EDITED TO ADD: I already spoke to them on the phone this afternoon before I wrote this review. I'm guessing I'm not the only one they've screwed over. This was the 3rd time they only provided half the information so that we ended up out a ton of money. The owner is trash and I will be contacting corporate.

Extremely seamless experience, highly recommend coming in vs. dealing with everything on your own online. Alison is a delight. Facilities are great. You can tell the team really cares about the establishment.
