great experience. staff in office have always been kind and helpful. this place is great in the sense that they don't bring the carts in and lock them in the office when the office closes, they are available for use, even after hours. if you come here too close to closing time, beware. if you're in the elevator when the clock strikes 9, you will get stuck. give yourself a 5-10 minute grace period. my friend cut it too close and the elevator stopped working. they had to be rescued by firefighters!
SierraDISGUSTING AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - these ladies would not let me in at 5:15pm even though they were sitting in there working. nowhere online or on their doors does it say they close at 5pm but if they want to lose business and a customer, be my guest. such a shame because the other public storages i toured had the kindest reps that recommend recommended this location to me based on my needs, but i will be going elsewhere based off this one interaction and i recommend you do too.
Brent KoenkerTerrible experience!!! Every cart was being utilized. They have 2 working carts and one that is broken. I had to postpone my move in after waiting 45 due to lack of equipment to move my stuff up two floors. Awful musty mothball smell. This place and experience is garbage!!! Do better!! Avoid this place at all costs.
Jennessa LeaI just started renting from them last week and today I stoped in to drop a few things off and my suitcase ran over a cocorach. Like a good quarter size roach. So, thats not cool. This was not disclosed to me at time of opening. When I am leaving, no one is at the desk now to tell them, so I came here. This is disgusting. Also. The price disclosed online is not the actual price. They charge a 29$ one time fee. And make you pay $20 for their lock and refuse to let you use your own. Seems like dishonest business practices to me. They called and told me I can come move my belongings to another locker there or another public storage. Im disabled. Im having brain & cervical spine 5surgery in 10 days. Im poor and on a fixed income. I dont just have more money to rent another truck to move to another public storage. I physically dont have anymore strength or physical ability to keep moving boxes. Im sick. So I sprayed around my door and hope they will also spray.
