Convenient, affordable, and incredibly easy to sign up
They had an incredible deal for a 10x10 that we couldn’t pass up. The hallway to our unit has some bits and pieces of random stuff, but it’s really not a problem. The hours are great, it was so much easier to get started than with StorQuest, and we love that it’s tucked a ways down the alley so it feels more secluded.

Daniel PerkinsAfter finishing a 12-hour shift, I came to my unit and was trying to quickly tidy up and sweep the area. I was mid-process of cleaning when a gentleman who works there came out and began confronting me. He asked if I had just swept, and I explained that I was in the middle of cleaning and intended to sweep everything up. Instead of giving me the opportunity to finish, he spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, as if I were a child. After I walked away, he continued to yell over the fence at me, which I found completely unnecessary and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. His behavior was out of line and unacceptable. At my workplace, if I treated people this way, I would be subject to immediate discipline. I believe this situation should be addressed so that other customers don’t have to experience the same treatment.
H. H.When I first moved in, I was unsure about the location and security of my unit I was assigned to. However the manager gladly allowed me to move to another unit that was much more secure and much cleaner. Since then, so far everything seems to be moving along ok without any problems thankfully. I can't tell you how relieved that makes me feel.
