I have never had a rental glide so smoothly!! Jarrod was fantastic getting us all situated with our unique time-frame we were working with. He was helpful, knowledgeable and happily came to our rescue when we couldn't get the lock to work correctly. Thank goodness it was a equipment error and not a mom/kiddo error, cuz..how embarrassing.
