Over the years, I've had to rent multiple storage spaces in both Colorado and Illinois. My Storage at Jackson Creek is head and shoulders above all the rest! The facility is clean, well maintained, and secure. But the best part of the process is Corky and Brittany! They consistently provide the absolute best customer service... kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. On numerous occasions, they have gone above and beyond to assist me with my various questions or requests… which is why I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years now. Thank you, Corky and Brittany! Looking for storage in the Monument area? Look no further. You found the best! Seriously.

This is my second time utilizing the storage unit services at My Storage at Jackson Creek. The first time, I stored for one month, the second time for 10 months. I had a small climate controlled unit and a larger one w/drive up access. I love the quality, security, wide drives, friendly, thoughtful, and caring staff, and the location (for access, weather/elementals), and cleanliness of the units and facility. It’s a premium service for some might say a premium price, but it seems fair for what you’re getting , and I appreciate the low, introductory pricing offered. My experience with the staff and communication has been all positive, timely, friendly, and organic, and their consideration and commitment to customer service and satisfaction is top tier. I appreciate and was very satisfied with my overall experience and would use them again.

I've had a storage unit here for a number of months and I've been gradually moving things into it. I just wanted to take a minute to say that I've had excellent customer service and follow up when needed. They keep the whole space very clean inside and out. It feels safe even after dark because of the ample lighting system and the need to use your personal code to get in through the gate, then again when leaving. I chose an indoor climate control unit which is a higher monthly rent than the outdoor spaces, but the rent seems fair for what I'm getting. With all the units at ground level and no elevators, as with some competitors, my unit is still quick and efficient to access. They provide a flat cart by the entry door, so I can load onto it from my car and easily wheel everything back to my specific unit. Ventilation is very good inside, so I haven't noticed any unpleasant odors. Overall, I'm entirely pleased with this storage location.

I rented a unit from them for over 2 years, and in that time, I had forgotten about the monthly payment a few times. Instead of letting me accrue fees like some other places, I got called by Corky to remind me, "Hey, just a heads up, you have 3 days until a fee is assessed," and then again a day before. Recently I had hit a hardship and was a bit wishy-washy on a move-out day and settled up with Corky, but then plans changed, life happened, and I spaced again on communication with them about my unit. Corky was so kind and understanding and helpful. He helped me find a solution instead of saying it's on me. He really truly saved me, and I am so grateful that people like him still exist in our world! Restored some faith in humanity for sure.

I've rented here since 2018-ish - just moved out. It is a clean, nice place to rent from and the staff were always helpful. It is pricey but you get what you pay for.
