The staff is very helpful and accommodating
Office was busy,phones ringing, a customer was late getting a truck and was unhappy. She handled the situation with grace and professionalism and moved on to get everyone taken care of.
The guy behind the counter was very helpful, walked me though everything as quickly and easily as he could. He ensured that I was happy with my unit and told me to just talk to him if I needed a larger one
The process getting a storage room was quick and easy. The manager was nice and clear. The storage room had a little checklist showing they cleaned it and the little thank you bag was a nice touch.
