I just signed up for a storage 10x15 just a couple days ago. I haven't yet started moving in but the whole process was very simple. It took me 5 minutes to reserve the space online and when I went in to finalize the storage it took approximately 30 minutes. Pretty simple process. Tyson was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He went through each section and gave an overview of what the section was about.
