Shabaz..The front desk staff is 1st class, super professional and always courteous with a smile. His customer service truly is 5 star! Kudos to him. As a government official for the last 21 years, I know what quality customer service looks like. I formally recommend him for a Raise and/or promotion. I will also request that this official letter of commendation be placed in his personnel file and Shabaz be strongly considered for the next career advancement. Keyon GardnerI rented both of my units on Thursday, March 26, 2026. I have some issues and have requested multiple call backs from the district manager but have yet to receive a call back. There is also no employee working at the Bloomfield CT location which I rented from and customer service has not been helpful either in addressing any of my questions or concerns. This has been a horrible experience and the lack of attention to customer service is really awful. There is no one to speak to at any time and no one returns calls. If I could give this a 0 star rating I would.

Michelle JohnsonThe facility itself is very nice and clean. My only issue was I requested a 10x10 and when I did the mobile check in they gave me a 5x10. Customer service was able to correct it eventually but through out the day when the facility was open I attempted to call multiple times and the property manager kept sending the call to voicemail but no voicemail was set up yet.
