The employee working at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend this facility. It is clean and secure.
My only concern is that my storage unit door does not close completely at the top. It is a bit bent. The carts are also older and difficult to navigate. All in all it was very easy to make a reservation, obtain the access code and move in on the day that was desired. Renee (in the office) was very helpful.

Moving here from out of state, I chose this storage facility sight-unseen. It exceeded my expectations in every way. The store manager, Renee, was also very helpful. I highly recommend this facility.

Over the years I have had multiple Units with this business. Not only are they very helpful and efficient but their customer service is also great. I have dealt with Star on most of the visits I make to my unit and she has always been helpful . She is a great asset to your company in my opinion and although I have to part ways with Extra Space due to financial struggles, I will always recommend this location to friends and family in need of a storage unit. Star has always made me feel welcomed and that is a great feeling to have . Thank you for a great experience .
