My family and I have used a few different storage options around the Bethel/Danbury area over the years, most of which were eventually bought by large corporate companies and then became awful. South Street remains independent, and for that reason, is excellent: friendly, flexible, their prices/rates are incredibly fair, and they are run by a small staff who remember your name. SSSS is great, and I'll stick with them for as long as they don't sell out!

The complex is fairly new and I was so happy I found them when I did (back in 2017) since I was able to get 2 temperature controlled units and parking for my oversized vehicle. The employees are super friendly and professional. especially Monica! They are open to feedback and always willing the consider special accommodations.
