I had a mixup on the date that I was to begin renting the space- but I spoke with Candace who was extremely helpful. I was able to meet her in person 2 days later and she described everything and went into detail helping me with the app and had patience for me. Scheduled a unit online as I was moving in from out of state, was immediately contacted by the facility once reservation was filed to make sure I would have everything I needed upon arrival. The day of reservation came and let me tell you the young woman working the desk was fantastic! She had multiple people and was able to multitask to ensure all of us were being seen and taken care of. Her personality and ability to work so well under pressure was a great site to see and helped put my mind at ease regarding storing my items. Unit was super clean, great deal and monthly price. Would certainly recommend this location for storage needs.
