Customer service is good but the prices are too high & I lost my job but I try to still make my payments but I feel that they should make some kind of payment agreement with people especially when you have been paying every month and something happens like losing your job or getting hospitalized. If I can pay half now & half later that would help. They should also have it to where you could pay your monthly bill through out the month and not have to pay all at one time that would help too. Also I feel my unit should be cheaper because its an older unit. It still old and nasty with stuff falling from the ceiling and pipes with mice poop all over my things. The newer ones are nice looking and painted.
Jessica PelczGreat customer service, a little pricey imo but your stuff is safe, stays clean and as long as you are a good tenant, pay on time they'll work with you. No complaints cept the new owners trying to add fees.... Nope! Sorry bruh, I signed a contract that told me I'd pay a certain amount of money, and that is what I'll pay. No complaints otherwise.
