I noticed the last review of this place all be it a few years ago .. and absolutely don't feel it does them appropriate service. My experience with this facility has been great .. I have been renting a space there for a few years now .. 1 i have had no rodent problems. with that being said ... This is a storage unit with a door that leads outside. If you are going to store anything long term .. always place your OWN rodent control pellets (Take some responsibility for your own things) they are called pests for a reason. The first unit I chose ended up having some water leakage ... I contacted the owners and they identified and corrected the issue .. and upgraded me to a better unit at no additional charge .. EVER SINCE. This is a great facility that is secured with automatic gate and snow removal in the winter. Great prices and a little common sense for protecting your own things makes all the difference. **Note** if you don't want things sitting on a concrete floor which can have moisture place them on a palette which you can find for free pretty much everywhere on craigslist. Amazing customer service. We are brand new customers and were having issue gaining entry on a sunday morning. Placed a phone call at 830am on a SUNDAY and we had a call back within five minutes. Really cool rental kiosk. Perimeter fence, keypad entry, drive up access. Really cannot ask for much more!

I made several attempts to email and call to cancel my storage unit and they keep on charging me. I moved out of. I have moved out of my storage unit a month ago.

Reasonably priced but you could only access between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. and you cannot exit without a vehicle gate will not open
