Talisha was incredibly helpful when I came in to move my stuff in. She gave me a walking tour of the space, made sure I knew how to get to it and where carts were, and overall is just a very good human being. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help me out!

I recently had an issue with my unit. Fortunately, there is a new manager, James. He was outstanding in assisting me and making sure I had a resolution swiftly. I’d like to also add that since James has been managing this facility, it has been much cleaner, I feel much more safe when going to the facility alone, as he is always seen in and around the buildings monitoring activity.
Jeanne HartleyI have 3 units. I had more. Great staff which are very helpful!! They are the best on Schoolhouse Road, Milford, Ct.!!!! They walk around every floor and it is very clean. My only complaint is with Cooperate. They should gear to people that want long term rent. Cooperate should have a lease where the rent stays the same. They seem to focus on short term leases. Highly recommend!!!!

Ray RiceI have been a customer here for a while. The staff has always courteous and informative. They do their job efficiently and with a smile on their face every time i walk into the facility. Recently while leaving my unit i experienced car troubles in the parking lot. Patrick and James not only allowed me a safe space to park my vehicle but even helped me push my vehicle to a parking spot. Upon getting to a spot i was offered water and a warm place to wait while i waited for a tow truck. I am really appreciative of the staff here and will continue to do business here as long as i need a storage unit.
