Nice n clean place
Waited 15min for some one to open up the store but otherwise then that it was good I love the price
Unhappy with broken lift!!
We moved items in on Monday 5/13 and the lift was not working. This made things very difficult as we had to carry everything up 2 flights of stairs. That was very frustrating!! When we signed up and had a tour the lift was not working. We were told it would be fixed that day and weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢llﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ it was not

Glenn McMDespite the excellent facilities, my 2-star rating reflects my dissatisfaction with the administration. Initially, I rented a 5x10 unit, which soon proved insufficient, prompting me to upgrade to a 10x10 unit at an additional monthly cost. However, after only two payments at the higher rate, I was notified of a further $90.00 monthly increase on top of the already elevated fee. Having already accepted an increased monthly charge, it is unacceptable that they chose to raise it again just two months later. I believe such a situation should never have occurred.
