Katherine was so sweet and helpful in getting Doug to meet me at the Ridgefield, CT CubeSmart because this location has no office hours. Additionally, after my move-in, she made sure to call me and let me know that I did not secure my lock properly and suggested I get back there and fix it. I did and I have a real sense of security about the place and the people who run it. It is clean and climate controlled and affordable. I couldn't be happier!
Easy to find great staff and secure unit
Star was awesome she went very quickly for me as I had to go to work. I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have been happier!
