staff was very good at explaining everything. The storage unit was clean, with easy access. The facility seems very security conscious and I felt the locker itself was very secure once the lock was set.
Overall, the location was easy to find. And, Stephanie did an awesome job with her customer service skills.
I had a great experience with Public Storage personnel. They were very helpful my getting me the unit I wanted and I like that the area was clean and the unit was just what we wanted, very easy to access.
