Perfect place
I did a little search online and saw the great deal on a new storage building and decided to give it a chance. It's a very convenient spot for us. I was able to handle everything online in just a few minutes. Went the next day to check out the unit and the staff was amazing super helpful and the building was so clean and new. Many convenient access points to back right up onto a dock just the right height. I'm definitely happy I've chosen this place!

I’d never leased a storage locker and my experience here was a great start. The customer service was attentive and pleasant. The facility is clean and easy to access and navigate.

Good location and clean. The self service offer however, has some to be desired. Example, the welcome pack was not in the storage compartment as discussed, which made move in complicated at the time I arriaved.

Easy checkin - reserved the unit online in the morning and it was ready when we arrived. The space was very clean and the loading dock with carts made the move very easy. Highly recommend!

Thank you ladies (Modi and Sunny). I have to add that the establishment was clean and I felt safe. I have to add that over the past years maybe approximately 5 or 6. No one EVER told me about how my homeowners insurance would cover my storage unit. All I had to do was bring in my policy. Like I said in Newark, DE they went above and beyond.

Cathy RuotoloMice dead everywhere. Most of my stuff that wasn’t tightly closed, not in bins, was ruined with mice crap and pee. My box of clothes they ate my clothes! My suggestion is to put everything in bins possible. Our couch had dead mice in it and poop and pee all over it. Mostly everything thrown out! No one cares either. Most of my life of valuables gone. I will never put my stuff in storage again. Also, You can’t access after they close.
Lee HortonThis storage facility is very unprofessional & unorganized. Since I been with cube smart as a loyal customer, My storage unit got broken into numerous of times. They either climb over the unit or picked my lock but I did not get reimbursed back from all the things that was stolen from me over time. Also, my unit was cleared out several days before the payment due date and I received a call asking for payment…my unit had been cleaned out days in advance.
