Clean, Well Lighted, Convenient Storage
This is my fourth storage experience in 15 years and arguably the best. Reservations, the staff, and easy access are all outstanding. If you need extra space, look no further.

2 months special right now. Very clean facility. Staff is very pleasurable. I worked with Dale on renting a unit possibly 2 and the whole process was easy from Start to finish. Dale went over everything in detail. I couldn't ask for a better person to work with on renting a storage unit. I would highly recommend Kent Storage. Very clean and secure. As far as I am concerned the staff is very customer oriented and very easy to deal with. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Facility about a year old.
Brian ScharfI forgot about this location, while searching, I was looking at the the big names in Dover and Felton. My wife reminded that this place was just built, stopped in and met Dale, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Explained my options, rates, and deals. The place is clean, climate controlled, and very easy to use with great hours to access my stored stuff on my time. Monthly, automated billing keeps things simple. While new, and good rates, likely customer service is what made me choose King over the local competition.

She explained the entire process including payment, late fees, keypad functionality, door and dolly locations, etc. I particularly like the overlock policy that prevents you from having to purchase a new lock in the event you run late on payments.

Alana TDale was very kind and professional. He showed me multiple units that my sister and I were interested in without issues. He explained the rules to me and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. He even helped me purchase and showed me how to use my new lock since I had forgotten my own.
