Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the cleanliness of the facilities' grounds. The interior is clean as well! All of the staff that I have interacted with I have been satisfied with their customer service. The facility is in a convenient location that is easy to access, and they offer a truck that can be scheduled for use if needed.
This is an elite, modern, classy, 3 story corporate type, glass windows building! All the units( 5x5, 5x7, 5x10,10x10,10x15, and 10x20) are inside, secured and Climate Controlled! A Win Win, They are inside. They are Hurricane, Flood and severe weather protected. The building is state of the art security. Has cameras and automatic on off lights. Two elevators and lots of clearly mark exit signs. There is Peace of mind, that there are No out side units! There are no blue or orange storage doors units. (announcing they are a storage facility) and there is no prison chain link fence de-valuing the community. The protective Overhead Covered area to load and unload, is on left side of building! Keypad Entry is using your given digital code. Entry Hours are 6am to 10pm. office 9-4pm. Representative Daniella is awesome, attentive, and accommodating. If you are Goldilocks and can’t decide on a unit size, You can move to another one! There is no car dealer sales pressure to buy their storage locks, You can used your old high school locker combination lock where you first kiss Betty Lou! Bring a copy of your condo/ house insurance for the insurance discount. I did my research and these storage rates are the best! This fancy New building opened only 4 months ago..It is A HIDDEN JEWEL..near fall blvd and N. 41 Apollo beach on the right.. It looks like a NASA space Office.. but you will know you have arrived when you see the BIG RED SPACE BOX MOVING TRUCK WITH A PICTURE OF A GIRAFFE.🦒
