Great location very clean facility
This unit is right of the highway making it a great option for convenience but what stands out more is how kept the facility is. Its easy to assume this facility is managed with love based on how clean it is. The gate speed is pretty decent when it comes to opening and closing , plus I liked that you dont have to enter a cose to excited the facility. Customer Service experience was good, i felt some my question were answered short but they were answered and that's what was important As for the cost, I have concerns but .will update this review when that introductory pricing has ended. When I initially rented the unit I was not made aware the price was 3 month introductory. -more to come on this Overall - at this moment I would recommend this facility as it is clean and convenient

Outstanding Service and Impeccable Facility – Highly Recommended! This is one of the best storage facilities I have ever used. T It’s clear they care about the people who store their belongings here. A special thank you to Stacy and Lacy, who were both absolutely outstanding. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The property is extremely clean, well-organized, and secure. In fact, this is the first storage facility I’ve ever visited where I actually saw staff wiping down the walls inside the storage units. The grounds and hallways are spotless and meticulously maintained. You can immediately see the level of pride in ownership at this location every single day. Extra Space Storage in Auburndale, Florida delivers an exceptional experience with outstanding service. If I ever need storage again, this will absolutely be the place I return to. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable, well-run, and customer-focused storage facility.

lydia friersonAt first my over the phone experience turned out to be different than when I showed up to a property that was no longer owned by Extra Storage. However property manager stacy saved the day by calling me back and actually getting me the unit that was slightly different in price but still affordable and doable for the needs that I needed today so I’m grateful that she called me back to secure the last unit that they had for the size that I wanted.
