Matt was very helpful from the outset. Pleasant and kind.
Everything is fine. I have rented from Cubesmart in the past and was happy. We will see this time. I already know that I don't like having to enter my code to leave the premises. Also, the code pedestal is too close to the actual gate. The only other thing is when I first called, I spoke to a guy with a Hispanic accent and he was not very nice. I did not get his name. When I went to the actual facility, I met with a guy named Matt who was very pleasant and professional. My only concern at this time is the special rate that I got for this unit I would like to continue for at least six months. I don't think it is right to advertise a special rate and move all your stuff into the unit and three or four months later raise the rate to double or more, so that you then have to move your stuff again. They should state that on the advertisement and the original paperwork how long the special rate will last. I'm hoping things will be fine here, but if not I will move.

Did an online reservation and check-in. Both were easy and quick. Called and talked to Tyler to verify and find out about lock. Tyler was very knowledgeable and friendly. Ended up going in the next day to drop stuff off in new storage unit and lock was exactly where Tyler said it would be. Very clean facility.
