Great experience
As soon as I made the reservation they were calling me to chat about it. I was able to prepay for 6 months to lock in a great rate. Lauren, Corey and Francine are fantastic at the site. Sure is clean and secure. I advise anybody to pick storage that has an office on site. ?
Rental Setup
The man who helped us was great! He provided us with different option and didn't try to upsell us - he focused on what we needed. We got a great deal and the process was extremely easy. Definitely recommend!

Due to unforeseen circumstances I was not able to move into another facility and though this was not a true no contact situation I was able to move into another same day with this facility and staff was extremely helpful in my concerns.

The move in was quick and seamless. Lauren at the Belcher Road location in Clearwater Florida was absolutely great! She found the perfect rate and climate controlled storage for me. William BurrellEhh! 3.5 outta 5. The place is fine, for an outdoor storage. But the policies are not so fine. And while I did not have any direct issues with them while I rented there. They don't really compete to keep you. So, if they don't really care if you come or go, how would they treat you, if you had an actual issue? And furthermore, I've noticed the brand (or maybe the local owners) - in this area - like to try you. So, you gotta watch em. Cuz they like to pull a fast one over on the customer. In my case, they changed the price (by double) and only gave me a 24 hours notice to renew or leave. So just be ready. Oh, and if you DO have renter's or home owner's insurance, you don't need storage insurance; especially if they say otherwise.
AnneThis is a good storage facility, clean and well maintained. We transferred from a smaller unit to a larger unit today and Lauren at the front desk was great. She made the whole transfer process very easy and simple!
