William T ClintonThis facility is filthy and disgusting! Roaches, ants and water damage in most of the units. The staff are not professional at all. I’m not sure who is paying or suggesting these other folks to leave “ok” reviews but not true! Go elsewhere you will be happy you did!

EXTRA SPACE is more than just a storage facility w Kevin, Kelly and recently speaking w Francine (and I can’t remember the other young ladies name, sorry you were equally 5 Star customer service) EXTRA SPACE at 1426 McMullen Booth Rd; has multiple 5 star factors: *Location with easy in & out access *Pricing *CLEANLIEST with exceptional attention to keeping the facility immaculate and feeling safe after office hours with lighting & security cameras. *Kevin, Kelly make you feel like you’re family and not just a storage unit number storing your Christmas decorations ! I travel extensively and earlier this year I downsized to an 8x10 only to return needing to go back up to a 10x10. The staff is always welcoming, gracious and patient w my storage challenges. Bonus: I’ve met several friendly storage unit “neighbors.”

He made sure I was able to use the proper lock & he double checked the new unit for me to make sure everything was perfect. He is wonderful to work with as he definitely is trying to solve your storage problems & make sure you’re totally satisfied with the best solution for your needs. I feel the Extra Space Storage is safe & I have no fears of being there by myself. Kelly & Kevin make sure to make themselves available & patrol the area constantly.
