I was told by the call center I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get into my unit any earlier than 9:30 am. I made the decision to go over in person. I found out I could get in between 6am-9pm. I did all my paperwork was shown the unit and the person at the storage facility was kind, helpful and efficient.
