Excellent Service, Great Location
This storage location is good . The people who work there Renée, Allie & Larry are Attentive to your situation. They are professional, while being friendly & helpful. Can't say enough nice things about them. They have a location where I'm moving to 2300 miles away. I will use Prime Storage there with the help of my Cocoa people.
The online process was quick and easy.
My experience with the online process was exceptionally good. Unfortunately the only issue i had was upon my arrival to move in. I was told to bring my ID before they closed at 6pm, I arrived around 5:45 to find the office closed for the day and I had to call to get the gate code so I could gain access to start the unloading process. It was inconvenient to not have access immediately but it was rectified fairly quickly.

Easy rental process,clean facility, good access. Only needed during a renovation but ended up using longer than I thought. Move out process was fast and easy also. Great employees, thank you Ally (sorry if spelt wrong).

I found my personal unit with ease and great accessibility to the main door. Very clean, even smelled clean and perfect lighting. I’m very happy and pleased with Prime Storage ☺️
