I found them very helpful during a stressful time. Easy to work with, very understanding, very professional, knowledgeable. I found the pricing better than the other storage places I contacted. I appreciated them letting me know how I could save additional money on the unit.
I originally made my reservation for a Friday but couldn't make it that day so I had to change it for the following Saturday. The manager on duty changed the day and made my move in pleasant and easy. I'd definitely recommend this facility to all my friends and family.
Excellent customer service. They are friendly and helpful. The only flaw is that you have to play with the sliding lock in order to line it up and put your lock on. Im not use to that. I like when you shut it slide the slide put on the lock and thats it.
The ladies went out of their way to help me. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m grateful, everything was easy and I moved into a very clean storage unit. The overall property was extra clean. If I ever need to rent another unit, it will be there. Thank yﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢all much Nancy Reichert
